Robert served on the NZ Council from 1981. In 1987 Robert and Leanne joined Wycliffe. Since then they have served in administrative roles with Wycliffe NZ, SIL in Vanuatu, and Wycliffe Australia. Prior to their current assignment, they served with the Wycliffe Global Alliance, Asia-Pacific Area Office where Robert was Associate Director, and Director for Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives.
